Residential Service Plan:

Unlimited Monthly Residential Remote Service Agreement:

Phoenix Computer Company provides Unlimited Remote Service for home users. With this service customers will be able to request a remote technician to perform quick diagnostic checks, simple computer clean up and maintenance or even virus removal. As long at the computer is connected to the internet you can use Phoenix Remote Services. This service allows a customer to get their computer fixed at home without having to bring it in to the shop. The way the service works is the customer will make a request for a remote technician take control of their computer using the Service Request tab on our website. The customer will be directed to a link to download our Remote Services Software. Once the tech has control of the unit, they will proceed to repair the unit without any interaction from the customer.* Once the service or repair is complete the remote technician will call the customer to inform them that the unit is ready. The total number of units for this service is 5 computers. Customers with more than five computers need to notify us once they signup for the service.

* The customer must be home during the service. On rare occasions a unit may not fully reconnect to the service. In the even that the unit does not reconnect the technician will call the customer and ask the customer to please assist in getting the unit back online. If the computer is unable to connect to the internet the customer can get local help at their own expense to restore the internet connection. Remote service requires a working internet connection.

** This service allows for one computer per-day. It is subject to availability. If the Remote Technician is booked for the day the customers request will be placed at the next available open appointment. Remote requests made after 2:00 PM may be scheduled for the following business day.

*** This service is recurring and will be billed monthly until the customer cancels the plan. Once you cancel the plan you must wait at least 30 days before you can renew it again.

Business Plans:

Business Remote Only Service Agreement:

Customers with Business Remote Service will get the benefits of unlimited remote service. With the remote service we can monitor the health of the unit remotely. Once the software is installed on the units, the customer and the tech will work out a monthly systems check schedule. Each month at the scheduled time, we will call the customer requesting access to the unit if needed so that we can run scans and clean the unit if necessary as well as perform general maintenance. This will keep the unit running smoothly for the life of the contract. If there is any malware found on the unit, it will be cleaned off of the unit at no additional cost to the customer. If for any reason the unit fails during the remote service and the unit will not connect to the internet or Windows fails to load, we will contact the customer to schedule a service call or pick up time for that unit. If the customer would like it done at the shop, it will then be brought to the main office to be worked on. With this service there are no discounts on any on-site service that needs to be done. You will not have the benefits of the discounted services offered with the on-site service. There are no employee discounts associated with this plan.

* This Service Agreement is for a term of 4 months and can be paid in full or in monthly installments. This service will NOT renew automatically after the 4 month term is up. If you would like to continue the service you simply need to sign up for an additional term.

Business On-Site Only Service Agreement:

Customers with the on-site only service will get priority discounted services. Once a service request is made a tech will call you as soon as the request has been processed in our tracking system. Every month, customers will get up to 3 free service calls each with up to 2 free hours of support. After the first 2 hours of support, an hourly charge of $40 an hour for time will begin compared to $60 an hour without the plan. There are no call-out fees associated with any call-out under the on-site plan. Service plan customers get a 15% discount on all hardware which includes any other services that we provide where hardware will need to be purchased. No personal computer can be used with the on-site service however, every business that has a current plan, with proper verification that the person is a current employee; will get a 15% discount on all in-store services on up to 2 computers per-employee. (Parts are not included in this discount)

Business Remote and On-Site Service Agreement:

Customers with the on-site w/remote service contract will get the same services as the on-site service with the additional benefit of unlimited remote service. With the remote service we can monitor the health of the unit and perform maintenance remotely. Once the software is installed on the units, the customer and the tech will work out a monthly systems check schedule. Each month at the scheduled time, we will call the customer requesting access if needed to the unit so that we can run scans and clean the unit if necessary as well as perform general maintenance. If for any reason the unit fails during the remote service and the unit does not want to connect to the internet or Windows fails to load we will contact the customer to schedule a service call or pick up time for that unit. The customer also has the option of bringing it in if they prefer. If the customer would like it done at the shop, it will then be brought to the main office to be worked on. The customer will be notified if a part will need to be ordered and the discount will be applied to the part ordered and any service rendered in the shop.

(Ex.) If the remote tech is working on a customer’s unit and he discovers that the hard drive is failing the tech will notify the customer that the HDD is failing and it will need to be replaced. The tech will schedule a time for pick up and the work can be done at the shop and the discount of 15% will be applied on the part AND the service done in the shop as well. Once complete, the computer will be returned to the customer and an invoice will be sent to the customer.
